Felt pressured, doubting and pacey. After a walk in the sunshine and a few minutes reflecting and doodling, I felt back on track.

When you're not feeling great, process that feeling in some way. Don't dwell on it for too long. Express your feeling instead. Then see if you feel a bit better, or clearer for doing so. Like in these examples:
